Delicious Dining Experience

During my stay, I truly enjoyed the variety of dining options available. My favorite was the Mole restaurant, where the authentic Mexican dishes really impressed me. The ambiance was great, and the food was flavorful. I also had a fantastic meal at the Blue Agave, where the tacos and quesadillas stood out as some of the best I’ve had. Every meal felt like a special occasion. Overall, I appreciated the quality and presentation of the food throughout various restaurants at the hotel.

Fantastic Kids Club

I was thrilled with the Kids Club during our visit. My 2-year-old loved playing in the baby club and couldn't get enough of the fun activities they provided, like finger painting and access to a jungle gym. The staff, particularly May, did an excellent job making us feel comfortable leaving our child there. It was a great relief knowing she was enjoying herself and safe while we relaxed.

Relaxing Spa Experience

The spa services were truly really good. I booked a massage with David, and the experience was revitalizing. The full-service spa offered a beautiful hydropool, saunas, and cold baths, which made it easy to unwind. I had an incredible time at this hotel with my daughter. The pools and beach were beautiful and clean, and the staff, especially Alan and Rodrigo, made our stay even more enjoyable with their engaging activities. While the food at some places could improve, the overall experience was fantastic with nightly shows and a friendly atmosphere. However, I did encounter some issues with bugs in the room and deep pool depths, which may not be ideal for everyone.
